Authentic Ryokan Stay
homemade breakfast friendly staff
The homemade breakfast was a highlight. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I loved the jacuzzi on the top floor. It was easy to get to using public transport, in a quiet area.
The receptionist seemed inexperienced. She struggled answering questions when I lost my room key. I had to leave a deposit because the manager wasn't available immediately.

cosy bedroom breakfast space
i had a cosy bedroom. the breakfast area provided a lovely space. the onsen located upstairs provided a fantastic soak after busy days.
the rooftop closes quite early. this closure limits evening relaxation options. it closes at 10pm.

cozy stay with great amenities
clean facilities spacious shower
the shared facilities were very accessible and clean. shampoo and soap were provided which i appreciated. the spacious shower was a plus.
the room was smaller than i expected.

breakfast was delicious with both western and japanese options available. i especially liked the fresh fish offered for dinner. the staff went to the market daily to find seasonal, fresh ingredients. it was a nice touch.

nice jacuzzi nutritious breakfast tiny room hostel feel
the jacuzzi on the top floor was a highlight. it was huge and i felt so relaxed after a long day of walking. the breakfast was very good and nutritious, i looked forward to it every day.
the room seemed like a hostel, not like a hotel. our room were super tiny and once we made our bed, there weren't space for our luggage.
